It's the 11st chapter of Rami Record.
Summary
At the past, a female gives Flower to a medicine and says if the National Ballet see her toes, they'll give her a love call, so she can use this medicine.
Now, the North-South Culture and Arts Festival is one of the biggest issues that the world of ballet pay attention to. That much, the competition is so intense. The National Ballet's practice room has a war that isn't visible every day. Zea was only focused on herself like as she was being chased by something. Zea wasn't upset by her colleagues' bullying. Later Winnie found out that, Zea was worried that she wouldn't know when and how she would hear the obituary notice of her mother in the North. When Zea defeated all of her seniors and was nominated for a top ranking, her colleagues' jealousy and envy came to an extreme. The top ranking is Zea, Winnie, Yein. But Zea's smiling face didn't go a few days. Zea asked Winnie if she know a place, which is able to give a considerable amount of money now.
It was because of Zea's boyfriend. In Zea's diary she wrote 'I love you, but I can't love him...' and Flower's adoptive mother read this. Winnie found out later that Zea's boyfriend was stepping on a mine because of Zea. The money was the demand of third country smugglers who took Zea's boyfriend's life and repatriation. A defector says the cash that can be flexed at the current North defectors gathering isn't much. (Maybe) Yein? says she has a place to deal, but they demand interest, but if Zea only pay for this year's event, she can cover a loss with a scout down payment. Zea calls to someone that even if Teu regains consciousness, please keep this a secret and if he finds out, he'll be so suffering.
But Zea can't enter the North. National Ballet Director shouts that Zea didn't tell her that she's a defector because her personal details are become known to the North, so she can't participate to the North-South Cultural Arts Festival.
